This ensures availability of rebuildable units and keeps costs down for customers.

How the Core Program Works:

1. You purchase the engine with a refundable core deposit.

2. You return your old engine core in rebuildable condition.

3. Once received and inspected, your deposit is refunded.

Core Condition Requirements:

A core must be:
✔ Matching model (Yamaha TR-1)
✔ Complete long block assembly
✔ Free of catastrophic damage (rod through block, broken cases, fire damage, etc.)
✔ Not seized beyond machinable limits

If You Do Not Have a Core

You can still purchase a unit without a core return; however the core deposit becomes non-refundable.
