This is a fully remanufactured Yamaha 1.8 High Output (1800 HO) long block engine, rebuilt to OEM specifications and ready for installation. Ideal replacement for Yamaha Wave Runner and Yamaha jet boat applications equipped with the 1.8L High Output platform.

Each engine is completely disassembled, cleaned, machined, inspected, and reassembled using high-quality components to ensure performance, durability, and reliability.

🔁 Core Exchange Program

This engine is available under our Core Exchange Program.

Option 1 — Core Exchange Price (Ship Your Core First)

Purchase the engine at the discounted core exchange price. Once your used core arrives and passes inspection, we will ship the remanufactured engine. If the core is not rebuildable, no refund or credit will be issued.

Option 2 — Full Price + Refundable Core Deposit

Purchase the engine at full price plus a refundable core deposit. After you return your used core and it passes inspection, the deposit will be refunded.

Refund Conditions:

• Core must be returned within 7 days of receiving the engine
• Core must be complete (block, crankshaft, pistons, rotating assembly)
• No catastrophic damage (cracked cases, holes, rod-through-block, severe corrosion)
• Properly packaged to prevent shipping damage
• Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

🚚 Shipping Terms

• Shipping costs for the engine from our facility to your location are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping costs for returning the core from your location to our facility are also the responsibility of the buyer.
• All shipping arrangements, pricing, and logistics will be agreed upon prior to purchase.
